Here’s the plan.
I’m going to go for a long run/jog. I’m going to make toffee coffee and put it in the freezer so it will be iced coffee when I get home. I will drink that as a congratulations to making myself work out for the first time in about three months.
Later tonight, I’ll do other exercises at home. And I will continue to do this on a daily basis.
